Shipping Questions
How long will my order take to arrive?
We try to ship products out 1-2 business days after receiving complete payment and will take 5-8 business days to arrive. We ship using USPS First Class Mail, so there may be some delay depending on the weather and other circumstances that are out of our control.
When I go to check-out it does not list the shipping fee, why is that?
We would like to inform our customers that we include the shipping fee in the product price.
What kind of refund policy do you offer?
We are sorry to say that at the present time we do not offer refunds or returns.

If there is a specific product or set that you are interested in, but you can't seem to find it for whatever reason, please follow this

A product says assorted weapons, what does that mean?
It usually means that it comes with accurate minifigure scaled weapons that you see in the movie or show which the character is from.
What is the difference between realistic, authentic, and animated style minifigures?
Realistic style minifigs are as the name suggests, most accurate to movies, or to real life. Authentic style means it is loosely based on the real LEGO minifigure, but is not made by LEGO. And Animated figures means that it is made to look like the animated style from the Clone Wars TV show.
