Order 66 Tribute - Star Wars supercut
What was Order 66?
Order 66 or Operation Nightfall, was a tragic event that took place at the beginning of the Imperial Era. It essentially ended the Clone Wars, resulting in the death of around 10,000 Jedi Knights. During this time, the clone troopers received word from Sheev Palpatine to execute order 66. Though they had bonded with their Jedi generals these relationships meant nothing, they gunned them down without a second thought.
Why I wanted to create a tribute video
There are many tribute videos out there, but not many of them express the struggle or success of the characters. I created this tribute to have the song and the video be interconnected, so the high of the music, is the high of the video.
Who were involved in Order 66 and what characters do we see?
In Operation Nightfall we see Darth Maul and Ahsoka Tano with the 332nd Company, Anakin Skywalker and the 501st battalion, Depa Bilaba and her unnamed clone battalion, Obi-Wan Kenobi and the 212th battalion, Stass Allie and the 91st recon Corps, Master Yoda and the 41st battalion, Plo Koon and the Wolfpack battalion. We also see Darth Sidious and the unnamed younglings and Jedi in the Temple. These are some of the main people and characters involved in Order 66.
